1. Processing and Dispatch Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 7-10 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after payment confirmation.
Once your order is handed over to our delivery partner, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

2. Shipping Charges and Delivery Timelines

We ship across India using trusted, reliable domestic delivery networks.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our logistics partners. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, ForWe is not liable for unexpected delays caused by courier service disruptions, extreme weather conditions, or local festival backlogs.

3. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you can track your package directly using the tracking information sent via email, or by logging into your account dashboard on our website. It can take up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the logistics provider's portal after dispatch.

4. Shipping Address Modifications

Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and contact number are completely accurate before finalizing your order.

If you need to update your address details, please email us immediately at reachout@forwe.in within 2 hours of placing the order.
We cannot alter the shipping address once a package has been dispatched from our facility.

5. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

Our courier partners will attempt delivery before returning the package to our warehouse. Please ensure you provide an active mobile number to coordinate delivery.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the delivery, any subsequent re-shipping charges will be billed to the customer.

6. International Shipping & Customs

Currently, we primarily service addresses within India. For international delivery inquiries, please contact our support team prior to ordering. International orders may be subject to local import duties, customs taxes, or clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are handled entirely by the recipient upon arrival.
